Come out for a day of fun on July 10 at the Marion Splash House for the 13th annual event and help raise awareness and funds for CASA of Grant County, Inc. The event promises to bring our the best in local creativity with a sand sculpture contest open to the public, local businesses, organizations and children of all ages!

Attend the event! - The event is open to the community all day Saturday. Cheer on the participants and vote for your favorites!
How can I sponsor the event?
Corporate Sponsors $500 - Receive the same as an Event Sponsor PLUS recognition on the CASA website and Facebook page, as well as mentions during radio broadcasts on the event. You will also be showing the community that you believe in helping abused and neglected children in a positive manner. To become a sponsor, call 765-664-1891.
Event Sponsor $250 - Receive a space in the sandbox to create your own masterpiece, the opportunity to win any of the four awards and the delight of knowing your gift is directly used to positively affect the life of an abused and neglected child. To become a sponsor, call 765-664-1891.
What are the award categories?
People's Choice - This award is chosen by participant and community voting. Each participant, spectator and Marion Splash House patron will receive a ticket to vote for their favorite sculpture. Determined by ticket county only.
Schramm Family - Chosen by the family of Andy Schramm. Things considered include attention to detail, creativity, subject matter and their favorite.
Golden Pail - Chosen by CASA Board Members. Not based on best, most detail, etc., but is based on overall effort and fun during the creative process.
Raisin' Awareness Award - This award will be given to the team chosen to have a sculpture that best represents the mission of CASA. Chosen by Staff, Board of Directors and Volunteers of CASA of Grant County, Inc.
How can I participate without building?
The community is invited to come out and share in the fun during the event on July 10.
During the build you can cheer on the teams and learn more about CASA and how you can make a difference in the life of a child in Grant County.
Between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, you can even vote for your favorite by dropping your voting ticket in that team's container.
